Responses are sent via email. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please check your email spam folder. If you still do not see a response, please reach out to us via DM on Facebook or Instagram. We do ALWAYS respond within 72 hours but it is possible that your email spam filter blocks the message.
If the artist approves taking on the concept, you will receive an email to further discuss the piece and create a set plan for the project. Please note that we currently have an 4-8 week waiting period between consultation appointment and the receipt of the custom drawing for our Resident Artist Danny Belden due to his current works-in-progress. Artists Matthew Taylor and Alyssa Savery's wait time is less than 2 weeks, depending on the design's composition (many pieces can be scheduled within the week).
Not all pieces will be accepted at this time.
Large-scale pieces and pieces in which the artist will be given creative freedom will take priority.
** Artist Danny Belden is only accepting multi-session, large-scale pieces and cover-ups.
** Artist Matthew Taylor is accepting illustrative, traditional, neo-traditional, semi-realism, black work, and black and grey in medium and large sizes. He is accepting smaller cover-ups at this time.
** Artist Alyssa Savery is accepting illustrative, traditional, neo-traditional, black work, and black and grey in small, medium, and large sizes. She is now accepting smaller cover-ups or but currently is not accepting realism at this time.

As per our policies, prices for tattoos will not be quoted over the phone. Pricing depends upon the size, location, amount of detail, and technical requirements involved. Please submit a consultation request form to obtain a price quote. For straightforward pieces, pricing may be quoted via email, however, the artist may request an in-person consultation if they have additional questions or concerns. We do offer virtual consults for out of town clients. In-person consultations are preferred for local clients.
Twistid Ink is an appointment only studio. We do not have open office hours or accept walk-ins. We do this in order to guarantee our clients our complete focus during their time here.
